We had our Daughters engagement & marriage on 7th & 8th December in this venue i.e The Royal Lake Banquets & Resort. It's very nice & unique place for wedding which we would like to recommend it to others also. The natural look & presence of lake attracts for making this place very beautiful & ideal for events. The wedding arrangements & quality of meals was appreciated by all our relatives & guests Specially we would like to thank & appreciate Mr. David ( manager) for his outstanding efforts & cooperation from the day we booked the venue, during the events and till the end of the event thereby making our event a grand success. It's because of his assurance only we planned for going for this unique location We along with all our guest & relatives enjoyed the hospitability

A very well maintained banquet and beautiful spot for your special day. Its a dreamy place and they have made our wedding so perfect by being on top of everything and so Co-operative. David has played a very important role and he was particular about follow ups , our menu, our choices and suggestion provided. The entire event went so smoothly that we didnt have to worry about anything from the venue, service or food perspective. This place has become very close to our heart and I would recommend to everybody to close your eyes and just trust David. Thank you David to making our day memorable and perfect.

We had our daughter's wedding at the Royal Lake Banquets and Resort in February this year. We had 3 events .. Sangeet, Haldi and Wedding. The lakeside location of their lawns provides such a mesmerizing experience! Mornings are beautiful and soothing while evenings bring a whole different feel with unforgettable ambiance and a breeze. We & our guests thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the events over those 2 days. The management team David and Chirag were extremely helpful. They and their whole staff was extremely attentive and always ready to help. We gave lot of feedback to their chefs regarding their food during the food testing engagements. Their chefs absorbed every small detail of the feedback we gave. The food they served across all the 3 events was just too good and exceeded all our expectations. We had hired Wedding planners "Wedding Genie" (Insta @weddinggenieindia). I would like to very highly recommend them for the wedding planning. Abhineet/Bhumika and their team was too good. They took care of every little detail of the whole wedding planning so that we could truly relax and enjoy the precious moment without any stress. Even Pritesh, the decorator with the venue did awesome job. All in all ... a great team works at the Royal Lake Banquets and Resort and I would highly recommend the venue. One of the worst place and worst customer service I have ever seen. The staff named “NEHA” has no sense to talk to the customers. As a bride I was insulted in front of my guest and family when she used harsh tone and showed inhuman behavior. She did not even apologize later. Literally the staff NEHA and team had discrimination amongst our guests. The staff is very greedy and keeps on distributing you on your special day for extra payments and tries to ruin all your happiness. They don’t even discuss this kind of stuff prior but just distract you on your wedding The food promised to us on both of our booked days was not delivered. The quantity was less and even the quality was poor. Literally tasteless food. The rooms are the worst the electricity is hopeless the back up takes ages and we have to keep on complaining for these stupid things. The 0.5 rating is also more for them as they are the worst thing for wedding venue, don’t even think of booking your wedding here if you don’t want to ruin your whole wedding experience.

I got married here on 18th November 2023, and I must mention how amazing wedding we had. The Location, decoration and food everything was so perfect, just like I wanted ! Both of our families loved the food ! It was absolutely delicious! David was our point of contact for the arrangement and he was brilliant in terms of providing assistance and was very accommodating. Event management was done by Manisha Pathak and she was amazing as well. I am so happy with the service provided by the Royal lake for my wedding. And cant thank them enough for making my dream wedding come true !

Hi, I got married at this venue. My experience is outstanding. Initially, when I was searching the venue, few were in mind and this was one of the option. However, after reading few reviews I was not sure, infact very worried about everything over here. David is the most generous and helping man that I have met. He convinced and assured me about everything. I had several meetings with everyone. And on my marriage day, I was surprised with their extra efforts to make my day the best. Chirag, David, Daya, Ajeenckya everyone is good. They went an extra mile to give me the best result. I am so happy to choose this venue. All of my guest also praised everything and said that ‘your marriage was memorable’. Food was very delicious, Decor was more than I expected, no cheating on anything, helpful people even at midnight, staff is very good at service. Everything was just mesmerising. Thankyou so much ♥️

I got married in the month of November 2022 at Royal Lake Resort. When I found on google about this place, I immediately decided that I wanted to get married at this very place. But when it comes to the prices to decorate this place, they charged us with the crazy prices. They have in-house decorator Mrs Pathak, and that lady will ask crazy amount for small small things. I had so many things in my mind about the decoration but couldn’t do any of those because they asked a lot of money. And in-spite of paying more than expected for the average decoration that lady fought with me about the money on my wedding day. I was not happy with the experience. I would just suggest you all who are planning their wedding at this place just think twice and don’t get fool with the images which are uploaded on the google. You have to spend a fortune to get the decoration like that. Giving stars only for the food.

Pathetic experience working with this resort. We had two days wedding planned at this place and the experice was nothing less than a nightmare . Points to be noted : 1) No room service provided. 2) Lack of water in the rooms. When informed, no one was ready to take the responsibility(Guests along with the groom were stuck due to shortage of water) 3) Bed sheets were not changed on the second day- even toom cleaning was not done the next day 4) DO NOT MAKE ANY DEALS WITH ‘DAVID’. David was running after groom in the middle of the ceremony for the balance amount as if Groom was running away.David called multiple times in the middle of the night. David was not ready to resolve any of our queries and once the balance amount was paid, he did not pick up any calls for assistance. 4) The last but not the least, they just have one vendor for decoration-Monopoly. Due to this, could not hire anybody else.On top of that we had to pay the hefty amount of money for very average decoration.

I’d be more than happy to share my experience at Royal Lake Banquets & Resorts with you as it was so magical. The location itself is so picturesque that it can make any event absolutely perfect . The food and the staff are cherry on the top. I would recommend this place to all the people who want a feel of destination wedding within Pune city. Thank you ☺️

Last week we had an wedding function in Royal Lake Banquets & Resorts. Ambiance is too Amazing as it situated beside the "Manas Lake"its like dream wedding come true.Food Quality is also great. I recommend if you are planning destination wedding this is the perfect choice for you which gives you one stop solution of your requirements. It was really great experience all together.
