6.1. How Vendor Profiles are created

Vendor Profiles may be created through one or more of the following methods:
(a) Vendor Self-Registration via the Business App / Platform;
(b) Outbound Onboarding where WedMeGood’s team contacts vendors and onboards them (consent may be captured via email/OTP or other methods depending on category/flow);
(c) User-Triggered Creation based on real wedding submissions/reviews that reference a Vendor not yet listed, resulting in creation of an Unclaimed Profile;
(d) Public Information Compilation where WedMeGood creates or enriches a Vendor Profile using publicly available business information (including contact details) in connection with (a)–(c).

6.2. Unclaimed Profiles (Non-registered Vendor Profiles)

(a) Unclaimed Profiles may include: business name, category, city/service area, publicly available contact details, user-submitted references, and limited portfolio/work samples where publicly available or submitted by Users.
(b) Unclaimed Profiles are generally not included in category listing pages (i.e., are not surfaced as “active/approved” listings), and may surface primarily through site search or where a Vendor is specifically referenced.
(c) WedMeGood may label such profiles as “unclaimed/unverified” or similar to indicate they are not yet managed/verified by the Vendor.

For example, reviews may only be accepted if submitted within a reasonable period following the relevant event or service engagement. Currently, WedMeGood may restrict the posting of reviews to those submitted within two (2) years of the relevant wedding or event date in order to maintain relevance and reliability of feedback. Further details regarding review moderation practices may be available in WedMeGood’s Review Policy or related guidelines published on the Platform.

8.6. Review Archiving

WedMeGood may, as part of certain vendor programmes or platform moderation tools, provide Vendors with the ability to request that specific reviews associated with their Vendor Profile be archived. When a review is archived, the narrative portion of the review may no longer be publicly displayed on the Platform, although certain elements such as the reviewer’s name, profile photograph (where available), and star rating may continue to remain visible as part of the Vendor’s review history.
The eligibility criteria, limitations, and procedures governing review archiving may be determined by WedMeGood from time to time and may be described in additional platform policies, guidelines, or vendor programme terms.
