It was my sister wedding to be held their for 2 days in the month of july. We were confused whether it will go properly or not as we were coming straight from ahmedabad. Once we reached their our whole view changed. It was as if they are having their family wedding. We were really amazed by the services,hospitality,cleanliness,food,everything was just excellent. All the guest throughly enjoyed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Whatever work you have, you just tell them they will never make sad faces or say no. They will happily say why not sir, and help us. We were curious about the food and its taste but I was really amazed as it was over our expectations. All the heads like Mr.prakashji Head Front office,Banquet Manager,Chef,Admin Head all were standing their only and would help us anytime we need anything. It was just amazing experience for all of us. We all were very happy by their service and hospitality. They made our wedding a more memorable one.

I attended my friends wedding here at The Fern Hotel, Noida. Its one of the worst hotel in Noida to do any sort of event. Very poor services poor hospitality & bad stale food. The refilling of food took them half an hour and that too with bad presentation. There was continuous water leakage in the restaurant. Washrooms are dirty and not maintained well. Mismanaged Baraat as they had 2 baraats coming in at same time from one entrance & forgot to serve snacks at the baraat point. We had to ask our family members to drop the luggage in the rooms as they were short of staff. Was absolutely embarrassing. Clearly failure of big promises by Mr Khare & Fern Group

Firstly the other two reviews are by hotel staff only. Worst hotel for any celebration. Location: near Noida City Center. Staff Behavior: Rude. Being into hospitality, the Housekeeping staff and front desk staff are not at all hospitable. We had to go twice for the food tasting as for the first time they forgot. They didn't have any wheel chair or wheel chair facility either. It did get very difficult for 2-3 of our guest. The hotel has less staff. The chaat was served Stale. So if you wish to celebrate your special day with and have zero expectations of service, go ahead with the venue.

Very beautifull hotel with perfect ambience, well behaved professional staff . Smooth service nice tasty food. Perfect place for wedding and social events.

Nice Hotel with good banquet facilities . I have booked the property for My Daughters wedding for 300 pax, service was smooth ,food was tasty as expected and instructed nice decoration well maintained hall. its a new hotel but surprised to she the way of working. Thanks a lot for making a memorable event.
