The AC were not working, and the service was third class. The date of my event is 7th July 2024. As I was updating the Manager and Owner about the issue, they were not paying attention to it closely. Getting their full payment was their only goal. Please do not use their Bequest Hall if you are looking for a venue for your event. Even the floor manager was pressuring us to pay extra plate charges every 5-10 minutes, where we were busy to see off the guest and distributing the gifts to them, we had made the full payment without deducting a single penny from our side before leaving the venue. No one was concerned that the AC was not working. The motive was just to grab the money, As well as the attitude the boy had towards us (I believe he was the son of the owner/manager).

while the venue is alright and food is good the management is a cheat. We paid a significant amount to the owners and they flat out refused that they ever got it. On the day of the wedding, they refused to give the handover without money,We somehow pacified them with a post dated cheque. Later they returned the cheque and demanded cash or threatened to switch off the lights. We settles at 50k for the time being to allow the function to continue. after the wedding, even though they agreed that it was an accounting mistake on their end, they went back on their word yet again!!. Horrible experience for the core family.
