Everything was good. Wedmegood team did a great job! They were very helpful. The venue was good too. No complains at all. Hospitality was good too. Food was delicious. Highly recommended.

I had my Roka/Engagement ceremony at Park Plaza. The venue is definitely value for money. The banquet is well-maintained and the process was quite seamless. They have good decorators empanelled and the food was also good. The only thing that did not work for us was the service - we had asked for non-onion/garlic dishes and unfortunately some of our guests found onion in the food and it became quite embarrassing. The service was also slightly slow. However, we immediately complained and the management handled it well, redid some of the dishes and also tried to compensate by offering complimentary tea/coffee in the package.

we booked park plaza for my wedding and Sangeet ceremony and booked numerous rooms for our guests as well. the staff was courteous and accommodating. they provided excellent service and the food was amazing. the venue is perfect for a small and intimate wedding ceremony.

We had my roka ceremony here and the food they served was very good and was liked by all the family members.The waiters were very couteuous and the managemnet stuck to what they agreed in the first place and gave us exactly the same service as they afreed on.

My reception event done here & they have good space for the same our guest was staying their & the staff hospitality was great, the food quality was good, overall experience was awsome.

Recently my sister got engaged and for her ring ceremony i selected park plaza Gurgaon hotel. Had a great success there. We booked Sky lounge there as well as their banquet space. Arrangement was very nice. Food was mouth watering. Thumbs up for this hotel.
