If it was possible to rate a place in negative, I would. This so called resort is the worst place to arrange a wedding for your family. We booked this place for my sister's wedding, and it was the worst experience ever. The rooms were horrible. At the time of booking we were showed the best rooms the property had. But when it came to actually giving us those rooms at the time of the wedding, they backed out. They booked other functions in the same days and we were given the worst rooms which were like match boxes. It was so embarassing to have our guests stay in those rooms. The rooms did not have hot water, AC was not working, there was no water in the showers. The kettles in most rooms were not cleaned. They literally has someone's puke in them. Apart from the rooms the service was third class. No one is ready to listen to the guests concerns. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were charged for so many things, but none of it was actually provided. They promised 200 items in the wedding dinner and in reality there were barely 25 items! They charged extra for the decoration and did not provide anything that they promised. The meals were prepared in such bad quality that half the guests got good poisoning. This is literally the worst place you can book for a wedding. Monkeys can enter your room at any time and the staff is not answerable to any of that. Never book this place. The people are fraud and will only take your money. That even charged us extra for the rooms we did not even use! Very disappointing and the worst experience ever.

I got some of my wedding outfits from here and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a great collection to choose from. Their material is great and the outfit fit me perfectly. Highly recommended.

We hosted my wedding at this venue. They have been great. They were always responsive and great at archiving all info that's been requested sent through from day one to right up until the wedding. That saves us from all the worries. It was all stress free with them due to the great detail and advice supplied by them throughout. The decoration was stunning. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Food was delicious. Thanks to the whole team for pulling this off effortlessly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

a good place for a destination wedding like if you want to host multiple functions, so ya services provided by them was great ,food and decoration both were really amazing as well so my overall experience was quite good

The resort has both indoor and outdoor locations for the wedding functions. The food served was hygienic and tasty. The overall service was good.

My wedding happened at the Palm Green Resorts. It is a perfect venue for a wedding with a great ambience. The food was delicious and also the staff service was really good.

Palm Green was my wedding venue and i would definitly recommend it for other weddings as well. Their food is amazing specially the deserts.

We decided to go for a destination wedding and booked Palm Green located at GT Karnal road. It is very beautiful property, the management and services were great. I would totally recommend them for your wedding events.

This venue was beyond our expectations. Be it the rooms or the decor everything was very good
