My experience was really good with the engagement venue and all the arrangements they made. They were quite punctual and careful with every detail. All my guests were very comfortable and happy too so I am glad that I chose them.

Very happy with our experience with Lutyens overall. I was initially apprehensive, particularly about their panel decorators, but they really came through. The decor looked fantastic (shame our photographers let us down by failing to capture it well) and everyone still talks about how fantastic the food was, several months on. Source

We had booked lutyens for our reception in Delhi and it was a nice venue and they provide all sort of services. The venue was good, food and decor were equally good as well but the DJ was not that good and nobody enjoyed. We just had this one problem, rest everythign was fine!

I had my enagagement here and the food was really amamzing. The decor as such was great aswell but the only problem was that there was a bit of lighthing issue as it was not proper.

the food n decor was good but the area where it is located , u cannot play music after 12am so when the baarat came , the music went off which was very unexpected and was sort of a downer at our wedding as music is a neccessity at any function.

they had very irritating managemnet. Our cake was eaten by their staff and we did not even allow that in the first place. The dj played bad music and stopped the music completely while cutting the cake. The management did not fo anything to resolve the issues and ne and my husband were so mad about all the other issues also that we had that we asked for compensation for ruining our day. They did not give us a single penny and did not even offer discounts.

Overall an average experience with the venue, so we encountered a couple of issues from them like they were not very transparent with the billing as on the wedding day itself they asked us to pay for the water which should have been included before and also didnt let us have our own catering saying that we can only avail their catering service.but otherwiseFood and staff were nice

I believe one of the most important things at a wedding is always FOOD and Lutyens exceeded the expectations hands down! The venue was done up beautifully. We booked a big hall with a big garden attached to it. There was a lot of space to accommodate 500 -600 people. Everything went smoothly without any confusion. The management was very courteous and supportive since the very beginning.

I had attended multiple weddings at Lutyens, so it was the first name that came to our mind when we were finalizing my reception venue.There are multiple halls and one can make the selection based on the number of guests.The staff is cordial and the food is exceptional.

First thing that comes to mind that comes to my mind regarding Lutyens is the food - insanely good. The concept is very nice - you can decide on how much space you require for your guest and they will close off the remaining (customizable) - gives you a cozy feeling. The 2 wedding I have attended there - the decor was average and the staff was friendly.
