A very nice place to hold functions/get togethers for even upto 1000 people. Presently, the only hall existing in and around Kottekad in a radius of more than 4 kms. The hall rent is also very reasonable/ cheaper than many other smaller halls. Very neat and clean area with ample car parking space. Well maintained auditorium hall with excellent ambience, good ventilation and airflow. Very cordial and helpful office bearers and workers.. The function went off very well and better than planned. I wish the office bearers and their team all the very best. Kudos to them. May this Auditorium serve many people in and around Kottekad.

I recently attended a function hosted in this auditorium and was blown away by the facilities. The space was well-designed, with ample room for guests to mingle and enjoy the event. The stage and sound system were top-notch, making it easy for the performers to put on a fantastic The lighting was well-suited for the show. occasion and helped to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless event. I would highly recommend this auditorium for anyone in need of a venue for hosting functions, as it truly exceeded my expectations

Very beautiful auditorium with all side glass and very well maintained. Never seen like this before. Good for marriage reception, birthday parties, get-togethers, etc.. Night ambience is too good. I highly recommend Linus Auditorium to all my friendz and family.

Very big space, 600+ seating capacity inside the luxurious glass auditorium, parking ground, restrooms, etc available with modern amenities.
