The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this lily white

Pathetic is the word when it comes to doing a wedding at Lily White. They make it a point that the client have to take services from their own empaneled decorator and DJ, who are not worth the money you spend. They charge 4 time the price and the services rendered will make you in a sorry position in front of your guest. It is said that their DJ plays at Taj but when you see him playing at the party, even songs broadcast at local radio is better. Can you imagine when the bride is coming, Jumme ki raat is being played. The minimum amount they charge for decor is Rs 40k and all you get is the bare minimum (decoration with fake flowers and dirty chairs )as compared to one can get much better decor in half the price. Service of food with bair minimum on the plates refills never been done . The staff is rude and materialistic. when it comes to taking the booking they are most courteous but when you have paid, they will decorate their own terms.. We did two functions and even after complaing on the first event there was no change in the attitude or service. It's better if you get your once in a life time event some where else than doing the party at Lily White. Even one star also seems overrated.

We booked this venue for the big day. It was absolutely the most perfect day. From decoration to catering everything was fantastic. The staff did great job. They wee all so very approachable, proactive and very efficient. Absolutely recommended

We hosted 4 of our wedding functions here. It is a great venue and the management is really really cooperative. It started to rain on my mehndi and the management was quick enough to react and shift the party indoors and still make it good. They did the decor and it was really nice. Highly recommend them.

I’m changing my review and rating from 4.5 to 2.5 because I was later told that my family had a bad experience. The manager Mr Amir was helpful and polite at first but everything changed on the wedding day when he became uncooperative and even shouted at my family members. So I would say the place and food is good but the staff is laidback and their attitude changes after you pay the full amount.

We booked Hoyel Lily White Chattarpur for our wedding day celebrations. The food and and ambience was great but I felt the decoration could have been better. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

The venue was amazing, the lawns was big and beautiful. We had a gathering of 600 people. The food was inhouse and was delicious.

Great hospitality, good food, huge space both open and closed, i recommend people to host their wedding at this venue

Lilywhite is a great property for a time out, within the city. Located in the Chattarpur Area, the hotel is literally 7 mins away from the Chattarpur metro station. The best thing about the hotel other than the extremely well maintained property is the hospitality of the staff and the owner. I have also gotten a chance to visit the hotel for a wedding function recently, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the way events are managed by their internal staff. The food also gets an 8/10. The location gets a 10/10 considering all other banquets/farms are further up on the road, while Lilywhite is situated at the almost beginning of the entire stretch. Highly recommended if you want to take a short time out, or if you are looking for venues for any functions.

One of the best properties in Chattarpur. They serve the best Mutton curry (Bengali Style) I have had, would recommend ordering it anytime you visit. The service staff was a pleasure to deal with, they take absolute care of you. Would recommend staying here for both couples and families. :) Immaculate stay - from the check in to the check out, everything was a breeze.

We booked Lily White for the wedding. Only the food was good. Overall experience was very average. The furniture provided for stage was broken. The taps in the rooms were not working & overall decor was average.

Overall good except the admin part family member has keep chasing them for all the matters. The food was very good. Although the decor was expensive, but it was nice. The staff was very friendly and well dressed. The rooms were also good.
