The staff at Hotel Castillo is great. From check-in to check-out, my group's experience was fantastic. Check-in was quick, seamless and we enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade. Even though suites were not available, we were provided with extra beds in both rooms. Room services provided extra towels, amenities and water upon request. Breakfast buffet options were delicious - can't say enough good things about the fresh mangoes. I have already recommended the hotel to all my friends and family.
