The venue allows for outside alcohol to be used and served in premises. Adequate arrangements shall be made for the same should the party demands so. The decoration can be done in-house as well but should the party need a specific vendor, outside caterers are allowed too. For catering, the choice has to be made from the list of selected caterers as given. However, in specific cases, exceptions can be made. In-house DJ is available, however, the party is free to bring in their own DJ and music system should it be required. The space for adequate setup and assistance for the same shall be provided by the venue provider.

##Capacity Gopal Gardens has two outdoor spaces with seating capacity of 100 to 350 people on a sitting basis and of about 600 on a floating basis. The location is well connected through road as well as public transport and hence the guests will not have any issues accessing the same.
