A very excellent location with kind, welcoming, and always helpful employees. The accommodation had all the necessary conveniences and was pretty roomy. The assistance provided was prompt and effective. The drinks at the bar are good. The food was good, especially the South Indian cuisine, and there was a good selection; the Mississippi Mud Pie is a must-try. The pool should not have been unavailable for so long, especially given Chennai's weather. It was closed for maintenance for the whole time of my visit (3 days). Also, lunch and dinner buffets must to be available. An excellent experience all around.
