Where do I begin? Well, from the very first minute we stepped into the hotel till our last guest left, it was purely a wonderful experience at WelcomHotel by ITC. These guys know what hospitality truly means. Huge thanks and KUDOS to Pramod Jagatap who helped us put together our engagement and sangeet function. He basically became an extension of my family. Such a kind person who tries his absolute best to ensure your event is a mega success. Thank you, Pramod ! On the day of the function, boy did they surprise us!! Everything, and I mean very single thing, was executed to perfection. They even kept a table for gifts and favors , although we didn’t plan for it. It shows their foresight and planning skills. Here I must give out huge KUDOS to Roshan. This guy know how to manage events. He kept checking up with us if everything was fine, and was very fair with the final billing. Trust me, some hotels try to scam their customers by quoting very high plate count at events. Lastly, a huge huge thanks to chef Abhimanyu. The all vegetarian menu for both lunch and dinner was just mind blowing!! My friends and family are still talking about the great food that was served that day. That includes even hardcore meat lovers. Now that’s something!! I must also write something about the stay. All our family, my fiancée and friends from germany stayed for almost a week at the hotel. They just loved it!! Excellent breakfast buffet, super clean rooms, lovely rooftop swimming pool, nice gym and of course, the friendliness of all the staff! We were so spoiled that our subsequent stays at other hotels all around India never quite met the standards set by WelcomHotel. To summarize, it was a lovely experience with WelcomHotel.
