Absolutely wonderful experience, and the location is amazing in every way. Good accommodations, a nice atmosphere, excellent staff, and a tidy environment. Very expert setup, and most importantly, reasonably priced.

i choose the gateway for the location and being a Taj property it's always reliability,the banquet is perfect for sangeet ceremony and wedding,the food very good and services are unmatched,we hired for my daughter's wedding as well as sangeet for two days and enjoyed every thing.

My experience at Taj gateway was horrible. They shouldn't rent the place for wedding at all. There's no direct entrance from the rooms to the hall. You have go through the road. Their food is really below standard compared to other Taj or other 5 start hotels. The sales person Mr. Vivek is the the worst kind of person I have ever encountered with. He's extremely rude and very unprofessional. Taj gateway didn't meet any of the expectations.

My family and I stayed at the Gateway during the few days around my wedding. I have lived in Bangalore for about half a year and I never noticed this hotel though I must have drove by it a hundred times. The thing that made my stay just amazing was the service, especially a lady named Saloni. She went completely out of her way to help me sort out last minute arrangements and I can't express enough how much it made a difference.
