Tivoli Royal Court

I did big mistake by arranging my function here.It was all wasted.will never suggest this banquet to anyone. They don't deliver what they committed at the time of booking. At the time of booking, Manager Haider Ali will please you so much but at the venue, they show their true colours. Menu and decoration was not given what was decided. Screen was not provided . Bathroom lock was broken. They denied to give water bottles to guests. Staff was very rude and aggressive. The staff were eager to pick a fight.They stopped the lifts and switched off lights to create panic. Third class service. Worst experience ever. Suggest you all to not to do any function there it's all about wasting your money.

I attended my cousin marriage and the experience was wonderful, enriching and the food was so scrumptious and the staff was well dressed and best at services. The environment was pleasent and i highly recommend Tivoli Royal Court. U

Pathetic experience Wanted to share my personal experience with the place and manager! The d-day was olanned for May 2021 and the rate was decided 3.30 for 200 pax.. Due to covid restrictions the event got postponed and the manager commited for same amount in future whenever we will confirm the date. We gave the call in May month itself to book us for july.. On call he confirmed but then he called us after 2 days and saying the first floor is booked in my absence so pls change your floor to G. floor (which actually don't have facility to serve 200 pax) But no option left so we need to take g floor.. A week before from 18th July, we went to discuss on cost for 100 people as the govt was still having restrictions on marraige gathering.. Haider got adamant and tried to loot as maximum as they can! He said the amount will be 2.75 for 100 pax (😏 the place is not even worth to serve @ 1500 per plate and he is asking for 2750 rs per plate) After so much for long negotiations and discussions the guy is suggesting me to change the wedding day as they won't be able to reduce further cost. Means a week before from marraige how even you can suggest someone to do this!! ...... As the no option left.. We need to come at a cost to do the wedding.. And the commitment which they have done in may month @ 1650 per plate now the cost we have paid is Rs 2500 per plate 😒 Finally on 18th July - Starters including chats was served for intial 2-3 hours only.. When the barat came around 10 am they have closed the starters counter.. My husband on thr stage he asked for some snacks these people was only serving him juice and water.. Waiter replied - sir starters toh band kar diye Around 12 am when the family of bride and groom was having dinner, they served cold food.. Service was that slow ke itne mein banda khud jaa kr utha le.. Being bride I asked them to serve dessert - uske naam pe pighli hui ice cream was served.. Washrooms was too untidy.. I asked the floor manager to take care of all this but no one was listening!! Overall experience was pathetic I must say

hosted my sisters wedding and have to say that the management of royal court is the best. they were very flexible in all our needs and the arrangements were excellent. the food was delicious, decoration and banquet hall was beautiful and best is the value they give at very fair price. would highly recommend this property to everyone around gk, nehru place, friends colony and okhla as location is very prime.

Yeah, it was good and time saving option for working lady like us. There are good qualities of number of options to explore and fix your wedding date.

Attended my cousins wedding ceremony here. The hall is very nicely made. All covid protocols were in place. The stage and vedi setup was very grand. The food and service was flawless. The staff members were very helpful. Overall it was a great experience. Tivoli royal court is the ideal destination for wedding functions in south delhi. Will definitely return to this property in the future for all of my social functions. Kudos to the entire team!

Visited this property for a friend's wedding last week. The hall is beautiful with elegant and modern interiors. The food is delicious and they definitely had a lot of options on their menu as food was arranged end to end in the hall - soups, salads, chat, Chinese, Italian, continental and Indian. The staff was prompt in serving you the starters and helping out and assisting you in anything you need. I admired the decoration and the interiors of this banquet hall. The best part about this property is its location. Will definitely recommend this property to everyone for all kind of social functions.

Tivoli royal court is a beautiful venue with amazing food and decoration. The venue is very well constructed with spacious halls and amazing catering concepts. I will defiently host my next event over here and recommend this venue to all !!
