Rehearsal: •Confusing •Disorganized •Coordinator checked out •Rushed the process •Unpleasant attitude •Missed details Pre ceremony/ceremony: •No markings for correct parking lot •Coordinator Lori, attitude very agitated •No sound check •Coordinator Lori announced wedding start without a mic •No sound for officiants mic •Coordinator Lori nowhere to be found during vows •No one else to be found to assist with issues •Photographers had to step in to solve problems with sound as well as seated family members •Photographer had to find missing coordinator •Feedback screeched when sound finally came on •Mic not on for song performance •Wrong outro song played Reception: •Confusion/no clear direction where to get cocktails •Servers didn't present themselves wedding appropriate •No help for elderly guests who couldn't find seats in the dark
