I recently attended my friend's wedding. Hospitality - good, what I really liked is their Pool which is the beauty of the venue. There is a sinkin bar attached to the pool where if I think of hosting a small gathering get together. Decor was also attractive according to the budget. Best Property for weddings and staycation.

At the time of search of venue for my sister's wedding i was quiet nervous that how will I find a venue which is having a pool and most preferably in chhatarpur as it was a bride's demand, because she wanted to get marry poolside. And due to a challenging budget I found this property. At the time of selection, the team of PALACE, was committing so many things like in terms of menu, services like budget friendly decor and etc. But what I like is their on time services and the team was really cooperative and they managed our event so professionaly that I could attend my guests happily. As committed, they fulfilled our requirements and expectations were up to the mark.

Lies and lies, They will so so much but end up doing nothing, As per the mail i have to pay remaining ammount after dinner but they know how their dinner was like they said we have to pay them immediately otherwise they will not serve food, second - Their decorator Mr. Ram is the biggest liar, he dont know anything and always asks for extra and extra money, Third - Food is third class, they served jalebis fried in puri burnt oil and made rabdi by custerd powder and made all sweets in oil for the plate eorth Rs. 1800. Forth they will promise you they will do everything but when you pay them then the real game starts, they will deny for everything as you mentioned and they will deny their own mail. Decoration of the wedding was rubbish and kiddish. I am giving 2 star just because Mr. Rajiv was very good and he tried to handle everything. Otherwise it was my worst decision of choosing this venue for my wedding.

The Palace luxury hotel has the best lawn with a pool. We recently did my father’s birthday and everything was taken care off. The food, service and most importantly the staff was highly trained. I will definitely recommend the venue .

Recently, in the month of March, we had a fantastic Freind's birthday Pool Party. I found the property worthed. It was a value for Money. Best thing i liked about this venue and the team is they are flexible with Catering and Decor services. I would recommend this property for coctails and destination weddings. Also, I came to know that if you don't hire their services their team will be assisting throught your events.

Attended my best friend's birthday party. It was organised in Pool Lawn. Coming on the terms of hospitality and services the team was Professionally trained. Their sprawling pool lawn is amazing. We had a great time and even kids enjoyed their pool.
