The Ornate Hotel & Conventions Centre

I want to share my terrible experience that I had at this place. I have booked the banquet at Ornate for my wedding and the experience that I had was something was unimaginable. Don’t get impressed with the beauty and the tasty food that offered. That’s just the cover page bcoz these people just add a horrible experience to your best day. I have booked this banquet for the gathering of 400 people for which I have paid the handsome amount. These people will be after your life paying the amount as soon as possible. They only accept cash which is something not easy to digest one can not give lakhsss in cash all the time and after approaching them they show their stupid rude attitude. Further on me d day within an hour they call and told us that all the plates are finished and we will not serve the food……..wherein we asked them to keep extra plates so that guest can have food. But these people said you have to pay for extra plates in cash then only we will offer food. Again no such policy has been mentioned any where while booking. They do what they feel like. They offer absolutely zero hospitality. I have not seen such greedy and unfair people. Just fooling everyone for money they can not even provide video clips when asked for. These people are fraud. It was very insulting for us after booking this venue for 10 lakhs for 500 people still we got embarrassed infront of our guest. Really wedding is such a big occasion in the family we spent a big amount but still got embarrassed. What all I can suggest u all is just don’t book this place.

The worst experience one can imagine. No hospitality or room service. If you check into a room at 5pm, when the check in time is 12pm, they start the cleaning of the rooms at 5. Extremely rude owner, who threatened to stop the event just when an hour was left to start. Would suggest you not to fall for the trap of the looks of the banquet only, it's blatant harassment once you reach there.

Please save yourself from this pathetic place. Went there for my brother's marriage and they ruined it in every possible way. We had booked 45 rooms and in most of the rooms AC was not working. Bathroom doors doesn't close. The rooms were worse than the Oyo ones. Their staff stole money from 2 rooms and Lavish, the owner doesn't care even when they have the video of it. The lady named Suman is completely useless and doesn't take any responsibility. Most importantly, they will want to keep food as hostage if you complain. Also, the food was pathetic. Many of my relatives got ill due to bad food. Go at your own risk and also if you want everything to be ruined.

Rooms are dirty. they don't provide check in on time. Banquet services are good but most of the time they are late in arranging things.
