Giving you a bride's account - Though the property is good looking, the manager as well as the staff is non supportive, make false promises and my family had to beg/ fight/ struggle for even basic services. However bad it sounds, please make sure you record conversations 'cause the manager would claim higher charges, deny services in subsequent visits. Rooms are over priced and under serviced. There is no concept of room service. So i would rate it as low value for money.

We booked this place for my brother's wedding. The whole place just had a magical feeling to it. The decoration and ambience was simply amazing. The food served was delicious. The staff were really polite and attentive. It was an incredible experience. Highly recommended
