Over all experience with TGP was good and food was also good. Staff was good and ambience is excellent.

The grand palace is a great venue for hosting ring ceremony and tilak functions. We had a great time here and a lovely experience. The food was excellent and the decoration done was also beautiful. Everything was organized well and we loved our experience here.

Not upto the mark, quality of ice cream was very local/unbranded. Provided tea in steel container instead of coffee machine. Service was intentionally slow so that to avoid material usage.. NOT EXPECTED from such a nice banquet.. only interior and lighting was good.. Thanks

Food: 3- some of the items were undercooked. Quality of the snacks were not upto the mark. Giving 3 just for the gulab jamun. Otherwise, I would have given 2. Service: 2-very poor. Absolutely unsatisfactory. Decor: 5- Excellent Venue manager: 3- Disappointed us. Assured us multiple times before the event that snacks will be served on time and the quality of the food and the service will not be compromised but was not at all ready to host the event in the morning. Suggestion: You lost one lead who met you to host a birthday party but they changed their mind after seeing your service and the quality of food. The venue manager should be more vigilant before and during the event. The quality of the food should be checked before it is served to the guests. Train your staff about how to serve guests. They lacked basic etiquette. They were carrying 2 paneer on the plates and serving it to people. This is extremely disrespectful. The guest should be given choices to pick as no. of snacks as they want. We felt extremely embarrassed.
