This is the worst place to celebrate happiness or for marriages as they robbed by signing their so called non refundable policy which is not approriate. The owner and staff are all fraud person. They ask you to deposit 1 lakh rupees as their deposit amount. My marriage was organized their but due to sudden death of my father , we decided to forward the date to april month. Because of lockdown in nagpur maharashtra in april month, we arranged my marriage at my home. Then after my marriage , we asked them to serve food as we deposit 1 lakh which is not a small amount and they are not refunding it. But at first they refuse to accept our proposal and after so much argument they ready to provide us catering service and I told them to send the food to my address, they agreed at that moment .later on food serving day , they refused to send us food and ask us to bring our own vehicle to send it to the desired address. How shameful it is. The food that i m asking them is send to orphange. The owner haras me mentally by doing function in his lawn depositing another 1 lakh 60 thousand rupees and also insult my dead father and said "date change karne ke liye rote rote hue to aae thi mere pass" . Also he said to me that he is favouring me by providing food to me. Mera paisa, mere paiso se bana khanna or ye muzpe upkar kar raha. Wahh...! All other hall managers refunded their deposit money. Please guys I request you not to go there. He is a con man. Whatever happens with me will not happened with you all. That is my request

If nothing else had gone right with VENDOR this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the VENDOR was exceptional. Rooms were clean and stylish with excellent service in all the functions. Decoration and preparation was beyond good and great value for money. Service in both the places was attentive and efficient. Sitting itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on as I was very pleased with my vendor's work, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for an another wedding in the future.
