Excellent location on the main 100-foot road in Banashankari; tiny but very well-kept. Service is excellent. Although there isn't a restaurant on the property, orders for food are fulfilled immediately. When the room that was assigned to us initially had toilet and wifi issues, they instantly gave us an upgrade to a different room at their sister business in the adjacent premises as a free upgrade. That captured my heart.
