During an event, there was an unexpected power cut, and an additional charge for desele caught me off guard. The authenticity of 5-star reviews is questionable. Moreover, the management preferred cash payments to circumvent GST, insisting on this until the last day, neglecting online or cheque alternatives. I kindly suggest prospective guests weigh these considerations before booking, and I am contemplating legal action to address these concerns
