They have a total of six different locations which can be chosen in any combination according to the grandness of the function. There are three conference halls, two with a capacity of 200 seating and 300 floating while the third and the bigger hall can seat 1000 guests with 1500 floating. They have three outdoor lawn areas. The Sea Garden Lawn is suitable for a small intimate gathering of 200 seating and 300 floating. The Saya Party Lawn is best suited for the wedding ceremony with a large gathering of 3000 seating and 4500 floating. The second Saya Party Lawn is best for huge receptions and big fat Indian weddings with a guest capacity of 4000 seating and 6000 floating. They also have 18 rooms at the venue to accommodate the guests with starting price at INR 5000.

To cater to the various decor requirements and to set up makeshift themes and party arrangements, Saya Grand Club & Spa Resort have their own decor team. The decoration option can be chosen from the enlisted panel which is priced at INR 3 lac for a start. They also have their own music and DJ team which can make any party lit. To avoid any chaos or misunderstanding they do not allow outside decor or DJ teams.

Cuisines

No venue is great without good food options and the team at Saya Grand Club & Spa Resort are well aware of it and hence offer a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies on their menu. The price for their vegetarian menu starts from INR 900 per plate and for non-vegetarian menu starts at INR 1200 per plate. To maintain the quality of food they do not allow any outside caterer. Also, they have in-house alcohol options available and hence do not allow outside alcohol.
