I am very disappointed the way management handled our party. We paid extra for extra decoration but the hall wasn't even ready when we got there. They double booked the hall for the same time slot and ruined our family's special day. I will never forgive them for such disaster. Ground was all wet, didn't nail the carpet properly, trash was on the side of the entrance. Our catering company had warned us about Royale's bad service but we went by the reviews and now it seems like all these reviews are paid by the owners. I paid you so I should have gotten the best service! If owner doesn't change the management I doubt this place will last long and power won't be able to bring people to the place. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for ruining somebody's special day. Hope you are happy with the extra money you got from both parties and I hope you pay taxes on that income.
