What can you say, when you hire a property and the foremost condition is to hire their own decor team only. You would trust them to do a good job, be prompt, expect a response, and some responsibility and accountability for their work but they won’t care, as they think they will get paid anyway or they won’t do the events. So you either ask your guests to come and just leave or you keep paying them for doing some decor and meet their conditions. So it’s not really a choice they give you. They present and promise the sky and deliver a total shit show. Again no responsibility for their misdoings, blame other teams for THEIR WORK. Passing off your normal hotel props as “DECOR” for the event is completely unacceptable. it’s one thing to not being able to deliver your visualisation of the event but not delivering anything decided at all is called ripping off the client.

This was one of our wedding venues and we are very happy with the services they provided. The catering and decor was amazing. Their services were top notch and we had a great time. Recommended.

It’s a beautiful property. Unfortunately the service doesn’t match the standards and the rates at all. Good wasn’t served properly, guests weren’t helped at any time even after several requests. Food tasted amazing, but was barely provided: I hosted an small wedding event and even that couldn’t be managed sufficiently I wouldn’t want to ruin anyone else’s big day. We stayed over few days and none of the days we had quick and effective service no apology, in fact the front end and operational staff are extremely disrespectful. They were short staffed and I understand that but, I paid what I was asked for, I should expect slow but atleast good service. I had very stressful days here.

We hosted our wedding functions. It has such a nice open area which is a perfect fit for such functions. And we had a very fine experience at the venue. The arrangements in terms of food, decor and service were so nicely done.

Royal Retreat Udaipur is an amazing hotel, booking has been done in a very professional manner with the personal touch. courteous staff, clean venue and hygienic rooms delicious food. You guys made my function a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hospitality and room quality is very good even staff is very good .10 out of 10, Excellent service, Delicious cultural food and courteous staff. Ambience is just awesome.

The venue was fantastic! We loved the vibe there and the ambience and food was beyond expectations!

They make the entire wedding affair so hassle free for you that all you have to do is just be there and enjoy. The property is huge, beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommended.
