The entire staff was extremely kind and accommodating. With all the uncertainties due to covid my wedding got postponed twice and the. We just preponed it and planned the entire thing in 20 days. Everything that I wanted was given, rather it was way more than expected. My POC was lovely. The decor team was excellent and made sure zi was stress free. Food and stay was excellent. Had a minor inconvenience in one room due to AC but that’s fine. An event without some chaos is really an event?

The owner didn't allow alot of things to be put up as decoration. Last moment alterations were made due to covid and loss of my Daddy but they were not much cooperative. Due to which we shifted our marriage to lower ground hall. We were forced to take mandatory number of rooms even if due to covid they were empty and we had to pay for empty rooms too. Food was okay. In room, service calls were made but service arrived After an hour for even slightest requirements. When we got rooms they were not cleaned well. It looked like as if we were moving into used rooms. Kettles were not functioning well or had issue. They could not remove the smell of someone's smoking done previously for the room they gave to bride. It was very difficult to breathe. My marriage was done on totally compromised situations and we had nothing but pay more or extra for some reason at the end.

This venue has all, what you need for your big day. The venue was clean and well sanitized with proper hygiene maintained throughout. Decor was also amazing.
