Venue was good as per looks but staff managing the venue is very rude and unpolite . I booked Rivaah in Rs 339000 for 200 pax and paying the amount in installments . On wedding day , we need to pay final installment as per the discussion held in last meeting while giving part payment . It was my wedding and unfortunately i got stuck in our wedding rituals and was not able to reach venue on time . Even when 85% payment was already cleared they did not start the dinner . My father went there and told that he will be clearing the balance in 5 mins and insisted to start the dinner with the guests . They denied and the waiters also snatched plates from the guests and relatives making my wedding experience a horrible one . My father cleared the payment and then they resumed the dinner . Also multiple things that were committed to me while booking were not even met . So if you want to enjoy seamless experience and maintain respect of your guests and relatives , please book some other banquets in nearby vicnity . Amaatra banquet next to this may be a better choice if you are looking some venue nearby and want to have a memorable and respectful wedding experience .
