Organised my sister’s wedding and paid the amount in lakhs whatever they asked and in return they promised to provide beautiful decoration, clean environment, sitting for at least 200 peoples and food & beverage service until the wedding, however all the promises they made they turned into fake commitments, the decoration was not upto the mark whatever they showed to us, the food service was pathetic, the sitting was only for 50-60 peoples and most of our guests were standing. When we asked the manager (there was one sardar ji) he said he can’t do anything in this, there was electrical wiring visible on the floor & the floor didn’t have any carpet/flooring on it, it was ridiculous…..we also requested him to put some flowers to make the decoration look good but he didn’t do that either, also we told him where our guests are going to sir because we told you the sitting for 200 peoples but there is the sitting of 50-60 people, he was not helpful to us and eventually we did feel ashamed in front of our guests and that’s all happened because of the poor management…..whatever amount they asked we paid it straight away there was no bargaining of a single penny and whatever they showed for the decoration, food, environment that all was fake.

This was my wedding venu. Our gathering was some 400 pax. I liked the food and ambience was also pretty nice. One thing i was highly impressed with, was the service quality. Service was damn high.
