Pathetic services. We’ve booked the property for 2 days i.e. 4th and 5th of December for my wedding and Sangeet function. Mr Vikas had committed on many facilities that would be provided and nothing was given to us on our arrival. Rooms and faucets are non functioning and no one is their to cater to the services and solve the issues being faced by our guests. We had to arrange extra blankets from the nearby resort Nirvana. Bed Linen, Blankets and Pillows were very dirty and no one took a call to change it even after our continuous complaints. Security guard is so old that he cannot even stand properly, how can we expect services from such staff? The staff is also very non-cooperative and we would never ever recommend anyone to book this property.
