A caution from my side. These people are quite unprofessional. For my daughter’s wedding on Feb 22, 2023, I had booked the venue and paid them advance on Oct 15, 2022. I started planning and arranging the rest of the things. However, on Oct 21, 2022, I received a call from Oranan apologizing that they have made a mistake and had recorded my booking for Feb 21 rather than 22 and since they have another booking on Feb 22, 2023, I need to change my function date or take a refund. I pleaded that the change of date is not possible. They stated that in that case their is no option but to take a refund. They refused to compensate me in any way though admitted that had this cancellation been from my side, my advance deposit would have been forfeited. Ultimately, I had to take the refund which was credited to my account a week later. I am quite certain that they had cancelled my booking to accommodate a preferred client as I did mention the date of the function and halls booked on the reverse of my check. Copies attached. So beware.

Our wedding was hosted at Orana convention Gurgaon. Everything was brilliant and amazing we really love how the staff was so friendly and they were co operative to but the food was in house and even the decoration.

The venue for our wedding day was Orana Conventions, Gurgaon and it our wedding was so beautifully managed by them. It was an amazing experience. All of our friends and family were happy. The venue is ddefinitely recommendable.

Amazing venue! Their staff was helpful and polite. Their team makes sure that every request is met. The venue is beautiful and we had so many compliments from our guests! Food always is on point! Highly recommend them for great service and delicious food.
