I decided to go for this hall because it was at the perfect location and perfect banquet I loved the aura and the banquet section was budget friendly for me and the services provided by the owner he was really good and helpful But due to corona virus lockdown the dates were keep on shifting from my side And we were so helpless to do the wedding with the small number of people at the wedding hall Which they first said only banquet will be 45k and plus the 18% gst So we were fine with it as we had done the bookings prior and we wanted non AC hall But the manager riya gave us a big shock last moment asking 95k and said the rules have changed then she said it will come to 65k and then she said to pay 55k +the 18%gst was this some kind of joke?? She was playing with the customers last moment when we do not had any option And I would suggest all to please note the exact amount paid plus the remaining amount to be paid on the invoice as she do fraud last moment For this I would say the owner should look into the staff how they loot the customers The hall the deco was really good upto the mark but the worst behaviour of the manager was very wrong if there was any price issues then it should have been informed to the customer prior while making the booking not on the spot last moment while finalising the deco

They were so attentive and professional along every step of the way.Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and were cheerful and helpful.We never felt rushed but everything ran like clockwork and I can only imagine the amount of work that goes in behind the scenes to make this happen.
