We had a great experience at Novotel, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow! The staff was extremely helpful & courteous! Super professional! It was great experience overall! :)

We hosted our wedding functions here and we are very happy we chose this as our venue. The ambience is great and the management was really helpful. The decoration and the catering were top notch and they definitely did a great job. Highly recommended.

There were a few issues we face with them regarding the information collected by them. I believe it was a communication gap but later on it all got fixed and from then on it was smooth. I booked them for my engagement. There decoration was very nice and everyone really liked it. Overall a good experience.
