From the moment we arrived till the time we checked out, the experience was amazing. The front desk personnel was polite and welcoming, and they even struck up a conversation with our daughter to find out about her favourite cartoon and other such topics. The rooms are nicely furnished, and everything is in excellent shape. We got a restful night's sleep on a really comfortable mattress. But first, because it was raining, we opted to stay at the hotel and eat at the Asian grill on the roof. That was another delightful experience because in addition to the food being delicious, the service and the design are both of the highest calibre. We had a wonderful time on our trip and plan to stay at the Novotel once more when we return.
