PARTY HALL SCAM! Nandhini was always known for good Andhra food but we experienced fraud people who cheated in serving what was promised! Mr. Suresh was the manager who spoke to us from day 1 when we decided to have our child's first year birthday. He even gave sample of food they would serve on that day but on the birthday, it was such a pathetic service as they served cold and old food and some items were not given as was promised, they skipped 2 items without paneer which was promised while finalising the menu! whenever we weren't in the dining area, few items they would not serve like champakali sweet was not given for many, holige was served half, sides were not given or given very less, beeda was skipped, ice cream was watery, etc... Upon questioning, they said it's by mistake and only for one row they didn't skipped serving but we got to know later that they had done this for many! Our number of guests were less than booked but he did not give any discount but he gave lot of discounts in serving food items to our guests which puts us down as we are the hosts! Don't blindly trust them and handover dining area to them, you need to have at least 3-4 people from your side to monitor as they behave so cheaply when you aren't around. The hall looks good but people and food served were cheap and pathetic! Would never advice anyone to experience such painful insult after paying a big fat amount for the cheap and cold food they serve for any occasion in the Party Hall!
