Planning a wedding from across the globe is no small feat—we were in the US, they were in India—but they made it feel seamless. They worked around the clock, adjusting to time zones and calls at odd hours, always responding with patience, care, and clarity. Their communication was consistent and reassuring, and they always made us feel heard. Come wedding week, the team was nothing short of phenomenal. Any time we or our families needed something—no matter how big or small—Suraj, Akshatha, or someone from their team was immediately available to help. Their presence was calming, their responses quick, and their attitudes always positive and helpful. As the bride and groom, we naturally had moments of stress, but this team worked quietly and efficiently behind the scenes to make sure we didn’t carry that stress for long. The décor... was a dream. Every single element we had discussed was there—not one detail was missing. It was clear they had listened carefully and took great pride in bringing our vision to life. From large installations to the smallest props, everything was thoughtfully placed and beautifully executed. Suraj, Akshatha, and the entire team didn't just help plan a wedding—they helped create memories we will cherish forever. We recently celebrated my daughter’s wedding at Moon Gate Events Venue, and the entire three-day celebration was truly beyond words to describe. Right from the Mehendi to the Muhurtham day, every event was flawlessly planned and executed. The venue’s beautiful ambiance created the perfect setting for each function, and the stay arrangements were excellent. Our guests were extremely comfortable and well taken care of throughout the celebrations. The event management was handled by Storymakerzz, the in-house décor team of Moon Gate, and they did a phenomenal job. The décor was elegant, vibrant, and thoughtfully curated for each ceremony. Every small detail reflected extensive planning and seamless coordination. A heartfelt thanks to Suraj and Akshatha, who were incredibly helpful and personally involved at every stage. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free for our family. The groom is an American, and a team of 25 members travelled from the U.S. for the wedding. They were extremely happy with the venue, hospitality, and arrangements. They especially appreciated the extensive planning and coordination that went into managing a cross-cultural celebration so beautifully. Special appreciation to the shadow coordinators for the bride and groom, Ms. Neha and Manju, who were available 24x7 to take instructions and provide constant support. Their calm presence and tireless effort ensured that the bride and groom could truly enjoy every moment. Had my wedding at Moongate recently, the venue is huge with multiple locations inside to host all your events at one place. Plus it amazing luxurious rooms for around 158 guests including luxurious flats for Groom and Bride side as well. The lakeside Courtyard is amazing for your wedding photos and it takes the cake. Would surely recommend to anyone hosting their wedding in Bangalore and would want all their guests staying at one place.

Moongate was the first place we saw while shortlisting venues for the wedding, and then the rest is history. No other venue came close to what they offered. From it being dog friendly, to their lush green grounds and to the beautiful lake adding to the view, Moongate was indeed perfect. The lighting at night at the venue makes it no less than a starry-eyed affair. Additionally, the venue also had a reasonable amount of rooms for guests, which was the icing on the cake as we could host all our closest relatives at the venue itself. This made all the events more intimate and fun. What made the two days of the wedding so special was that Suraj, the owner and his team were always at the venue and ensured that all needs were met without a hassle. Because of that both the bride and groom families completely enjoyed the ceremonies without letting us get into the logistics of things. We would also like to thank all the helpers at the venue, who were always available for any service at the venue which made things very smooth for all guests. In addition to this, Akshatha, who is Suraj’s wife and also our decor vendor (Story Makerzz) made all events very beautiful! She and her team ensured a smooth and easy process before the wedding as well as during the two days. She gave good timely suggestions for all events and made sure that all tiny details were taken care of. We want to especially thank her for making arrangements for all our sudden needs. The decor itself was of high quality and standard and made all our four events look very pretty and unique. Our guests can’t stop talking about both the venue and decor, so a big thank you to both Suraj and Akashatha for making our two days super special!

I recently attended a friends daughters wedding at this venue and since I came in from Mumbai I also stayed at Moongate. Before I checked in I must have called the MG management a couple of times and each time they went out of the way to answer my questions and also guided me to the location as its near the airport yet in an offbeat quiet location, The stay and event itself was also very well organized. The venue is spacious giving guests ample opportunity to be part of the celebrations yet have some quiet moments to enjoy the beauty of the place if they wish too. To the lake behind to a small Ganesh idol in the front yard , the place is perfect to have a destination wedding within the city of Bangalore. Really had a fantastic stay.

Everything about this venue was perfect - the location, cleanliness, decoration, ambiance. Everything was top notch. The venue can easily & comfortably accommodate 200+ guests' stay. Our guests enjoyed everything about the location. What I think is best about this venue is that even a very minimalistic level of decor is enough as the natural ambience of the venue speaks for itself. Coming to the owners of this venue - Akshatha & Suraj - They were the best hosts/organizers one could ask for. They made sure the entire event went seem-less and hassle-free.
