Hall booking is affordable from their trust, but had poor experience with their catering and decoration service, which is too expensive. Ended up paying total of ₹5.44L for 350 people, but overall not satisfied. Laxmi Caterers & Decorators have a monopoly with the hall, and they charge hefty amount for changes in food menu and decoration. (Don't get fooled by their base package, customize and see their quote!) I have never seen catering service offering only vanilla in their base ice-cream package and unreasonable amount for any more flavour. E.g. for pani puri, they add ₹80/plate, higher than market price. Even for replacing an item with another not in their base menu (e.g. idli instead of upma), they add ₹30/playe extra. Puja items package is compulsory and there's no flexibility. We don't need 50 coconuts! Pyro and fog were of sub-standard type than we expected and have seen in halls in our own wedding. Mr. Sarfare is not flexible and accommodating, rather rude when you make requests. Even for default sound system, there was no technician to attend during main couple entry, and the moment was spoilt. For additional carpet to cover full floor, they charge much extra. We requested LED screen and expected it to be connected to default sound system of hall (used for music and pandit). But he insisted that screen cannot be connected, and we have to pay for additional special sound system. This is technically incorrect and aimed to extort money. For each item, they bring in individual supplier, so there are no economies of scale. Please look for alternatives, or request trust to remove the monopoly, or take full quote from caterer cum decorator before booking. In any case, do your research and compare before moving ahead.
