Failure to change bed linens in any of the rooms. 5. Non-provision of room key. 6. Unpleasant odors in the bathrooms, despite prior notification to your staff. 7. Lack of fan installation in the lobby, leading to discomfort in hot conditions. 8. Non-functional 5-pin sockets in the rooms, impeding guests' ability to prepare and participate in scheduled activities. 9. Unannounced shutdown of air conditioning units. 10. Inoperative cooler units during the event, exacerbating discomfort during the day. 11. Insufficient mosquito control measures, resulting in discomfort for attendees. 12. Placement of damaged and torn furniture, including a sofa. 13. Water supply disruptions in the morning, causing embarrassment and inconvenience to our guests. Inappropriate Behaviors: 1. Rude and dismissive attitudes displayed by certain staff members towards guests' complaints and requests. 2. I had this place booked for my special day. It is such a lovely place. The perfect part about my wedding day that me and my family didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was managed so well. Everything was to the point and on time. The decoration was amazing and food was the icing on the cake, it was perfect. The staff were really attentive and professional. Highly recommended
