The resort is run by two really unprofessional, rude and arrogant men. There wont be anyone at the property to address your concerns, once they receive the money they wont give a damn about service. I read all negative reviews on google about rude behavior of staff but seeing the overall rating chose to ignore it. Dont ignore it, rude behavior can spoil your trip. Pls don't go on the photos , it's a very small resort. Location of the property is average. Activity room is in worst condition Coming to the room first impressions room looks good but here also there is no maintenance , kettle not working, bathroom fittings were in very bad condition, flush was not working and washrooms were so unhygienic. Landline was not working. Welcome drink was so tasteless and the glass was stinking. Coming to the meal plan food was pathetic and cold even after requesting they didn’t served the food and the owner completely ignored the issue. It was a really horrible experience all thanks to very relaxed and hell-may-care attitude of hotel owner. i will never recommend this place for anyone. Very bad experience after paying so much.
