My wedding was pretty much ruined here at this Venue. We had discussed/finalized everything 4 months back but on D-DAY they just flipped. They gave the banquet for some other function. So in case you do plan your event here make sure you have every single thing in writing. Do not trust anything the manager says as their managers also change in 2-3 months I guess. So the guy you would have spoken to, will not even be available at the time your function is being held. Some of the staff is actually nice, they seem to make an effort but its the higher management which is non cooperative. My friends called reception to order tea/water and their order was hours late. Then they had to pay the waiter, take his number and asked him to quickly serve the orders. Such an embarrassment knowing these things after the wedding. I still regret booking this resort every single day.
