Pathetic management! We booked the venue for 8th July for my sisters wedding. They ruined it... Multiple Power cuts and ac was not working in this extreme hot weather. There was no manager on duty during the event.. The reception staff is super rude and the only answer he will give is that he does not have any authority. Avnish was handling the whole event and we had our worst experience dealing with him... I asked him to call the manager, and the answer was there is no manager on duty today... Sumit is the name of manager who should have been there on the event. When Avnish called Sumit, I heard him saying" Inki party over karao". So, rather than solving the issue, they were just dominating as they got the maximum payment in advance... 1. Instead of mojito, sprite was being served... All waiters are useless and hence do argue with them 2. The management is super scared of the owners etc and hence they will never let you meet them, give email id or phone number. 3. There was no separate entry for bride 4. Basement does not have lift and hence the bride or groom has to walk through stairs 5. We paid 20000 extra just to make sure there was no power cut in the lawn during the wedding. This was an extra charge they levied for diesel. But there was a power cut. 6. Lot of power cuts during the whole event and during the pheras... Avnish's answer during the whole event was " this is due to voltage issues, we can't do anything about it" Please avoid booking this place for your big day as they will ruin it and not even apologize for it. Instead will talk like goons as they have some political background.
