Es hotel ko mat kre party hatu... Catering bekar h... snacks khane start hone pk pahle hi rok date...roti time p nhi milti...plate lekar intjar kro... taste bhi nhi...chair nhi.. limited guest hi ate.. baki khade rahte... Road p gadi khadi hoti... parking nhi h....supporting gaurd nhi h..

I have planned my engagement here and regret doing it here. We have booked the hall and all the rooms of the hotel in 1 month advance yet on the day of the function they created a scenario. They didn't provide us with the keys of all the rooms, our guests kept waiting in reception for hours. The catering services were not good, staff misbehaved with our guests and family members.The rooms were dirty and smelling, people staying before us drinked and smoked their and the staff didn't clean it before giving the keys, even after telling them to do so they didn't bother. The amount we paid for DJ and Decoration was also wasted because they haven't done the decoration we decided and a lot more. with my overall experience I would suggest everyone neither to visit this place nor plan your functions over here.

very poor quality service. in suite 4000 a day offered shower not working, no racks available at cupboard breakfast offered at 11.30 am not before. no commitment for service improvement
