Terrible hospitality. Facilities look really good but the customer dealing by the manager is really pathetic. They will come up with unusual terms and conditions in the last minute and as a customer, we will have to deal with all these end of the day. I don’t recommend anyone to plan any function/ celebrations there. The attitude in customer dealing is really pathetic. My personal experience: We had to cancel our planned event there in the last minute due to the arrogance of their customer relations management, which is very disappointing and forced me to compromise on alternative arrangements in very last moment.
