The management and employees are both excellent and helpful. The bathrooms in particular are spotless throughout the rooms. Due to the split AC system, you may sleep peacefully without AC noise. I had fun spending four nights there. The hotel's location is its best feature. It is close to a metro station and situated in a nice and quiet area. If you intend to stay in the Karol Bagh region, I suggest that you try this hotel. I looked at more than ten hotels, but this one is the nicest I could find, and my family enjoys staying here as well. Many thanks to the entire hotel staff.
