Absolutely the worst place . Unprofessional staff and no hospitality at all. They are in the wrong business . The staff is rude and not available. We booked rooms for our family during the wedding and there were no arrangements and no facilities as promised. They overcharged for things and were unapologetic towards it. The manager on the reception is the rudest person ever and only cares about getting money from their guest. One of our guests even had money stolen from their room. Their owner is still a nice person but staff keeps him in dark and doesn’t let anyone meet him so one can Atleast complain about their issues .
