Let me tell you why I gave one star to this. I have booked a wedding venue here for my sister's wedding. The day before, the chef met in person that their dishes will be served professionally. Infact, they have shown me a good presentation. An agent from Weddingz.in was there to tell me that everything is great in this venue and I don't have to worry about a single thing. The Next day. The decoration was not up to the mark. Their ventilation system goes down. In the summer heat, their ACs were not working. The Bride and Groom along with the guests were helpless and sweaty. They arranged standing fans!! Can you believe..When you pay for AC and someone gives you a fan..!! Their food as well as its presentation was not at all average, forget about good or excellent. Their manager keeps on asking about the payment and not at all bothering about correcting their mistakes. They have even hid all the serving plates so that we have to pay for them first. No one was there to listen to our queries and resolve our requirements. We have to run to their office and keep on requesting to at least keep a fan. Arrange the snacks which aren't available. No one there to serve coffee or tea to the guests. I was so pissed that I am writing this review just to vent my frustration and warn all of you to not book this venue at all!! At any cost!! Even if they tell you that it's all free!!! Because..It is not the payment..It's the reputation of the bride's family is at stake..
