I had gone to Ghaziabad for some business work and unfortunately stayed in their hotel. Neither did any AC and fan work the whole night because there was no electricity at their place. When we complained repeatedly at night, they said that we will give you discount but will not switch on the generator. When we checked out the room in the morning, we were not given any kind of discount nor were we given the room bill. When I even asked them for the bill, we were clearly refused that we will not give any bill, you can do whatever you want. These people are not providing service as per what they are charging and secondly the government is also being defrauded in the name of taxes. If someone still feels that his night has to be spoiled, his money has also got spoiled or his mood has also got spoiled, then he can stay in this hotel.
