I would recommend Prismballroom for every family and social function. My wedding happened to be here and arrangements were just amazing. I really want to thank the team for the outstanding work , amazing food and good management skills. They coordinated everything so well and at last it turned out to be our memorable Day. This was my wedding venue and awful experience please don’t look at the hall and book it . They spoilt my special day. Guests had reached no lights , no ac , water logged entrance , casual and non cooperative approach . Horrible dj . Overall very bad experience. Guests all giving a bad review. I don’t recommend anyone this venue to spoil their special day. Despite us spending so much all guests can remember is a bad experience. To one of the first guests that arrived they even said there is no wedding here . It was that bad .

Most pathetic experience! Just FYI the Prism ballroom does not fall under Golden Tulip. They switched the AC off and put stupid coolers. They took a booking at the same time when Prism had a personal booking. And we were thrown out. After two hours, they started removing the decor. they are big liars, especially Anjali Sinha who is the coordinator. Please don't book your wedding here.

Had a small wedding at this venue during the lockdown and we were appropriately taken care of. Everything was well arranged and the food exceptionally stood out.

We booked Golden Tulip to host our wedding function. We had a great time here. The hotel is beautifully built and maintained well. The staff is very prompt and courteous. The food served was delicious and I loved the decor they did.

Service: Very Very Poor Big Cheaters Black mail you on each stage after paying complete money. Services: Waiters un-trained, abusive in front of the guest Over Charging on Liquor Bottles. They will not provide you license till end you pay the complete of license fee because they want you to buy liquor from their vendor who charge you every bottle Rs 300 - 400 which I faced and threat you, quality of liquor is poor. They have license then also they are taking extra money from the customer for no use. Decorator is charging over price and poor decoration and false commitment on each stage Overall Review: Very Very Poor Golden Tulip Staff abusive and indiscipline and blackmail you. My money spending on this venue is totally waste. Golden Tulip and Four Points don't own this property so please don't waste your time on this property.
