After a lot of research, I chose the hotel to celebrate the most important event of my life- my wedding. As per the policies , we made the payments at regular intervals. Surprisingly,The sales manager would come home and collect the payments from my parents. Sometimes he would ask for cash and at other times for cheques. He also beguiled my parents and got the cheques issued under different names. We thought our money was safe because after payment we would receive an email confirmation from the official email address of the hotel We received the shock of our lives on November 23, 2019 when we learnt that our payments had not been received on time and the contract that was duly signed by the general manager was fraudulent. Our booking for 25 rooms was reduced to 18 rooms on the pretext of irregular payments. I am still shocked about the entire situation. I fail to understand how such fraudulent and unprofessionalism is prevalent in such a reputed group of hotels. I do not intend to take this matter to the court, but at the same time, I want you to know how innocent people are duped . I hope this information and feedback will help you to strengthen your internal processes and help other innocent victims. Fern has now given us some rooms in the other property with complimentary airport transfers. However no money can compensate for the stress and tension my families have been going through just days before the most important day of my life.

Our experience was pretty good with everything,especially poolside venue was amazing for our engagement.

Very good experience with this company doing great photography, video, graphic design, logo etc. Very well creative work by all and also a great day with him.

I booked this place for my big day. The whole place just had a magical feeling to it. The decoration and ambience was simply amazing. The food served was delicious. The staff were really polite and attentive. It was an incredible experience. Highly recommended

Great experience working with them. Very approachable and ensured everything was perfect to the T. Very accommodating with their deals to cater to their client budget and other bridal requirements. An enthusiastic team for sure!

I have booked fern for my engagement ceremony. Manager (Abhishek) was supportive enough however, I was not completely satisfied with the food.
