Excellent hotel. The staff is very helpful. They helped me schedule a taxi and were incredibly helpful. It was a positive experience for our family of two young children. I did express my discontent because I had various problems with the restaurant and the services. Instead of ignoring the situation, they all made a concerted effort to rectify it. Highly suggested. Excellent staff. All of them have my sincere wishes.
